Lee R. Hendrix, 75, died Sunday August 19th, 2001.

Born in Meeker Okla., he moved to Florida ten years ago from Athens, Ga.

A U.S. Army World War II veteran, he retired from Lockheed in Marietta Ga. and was the former owner of "House of 10,000 Picture Frames" in Athens, Ga. Mr. Hendrix was a member of the Mars Hill Baptist Church in Watkinsville, Ga., Sigma Delta Kappa Fraternity at Woodrow Wilson College of Law and a former member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce in Marietta, Ga.

His family includes his wife of 54 years, Catherine T. Hendrix; children Robert A. (Beth) of Marietta, Pamela C. (Bruce) Barker of Arnoldsville, Ga., Phyllis L. (Don) Ransom of Bishop Ga. and Ellen C. (John) Daniel of Davie Fla.; brothers, Herman G. Hendrix of Woodstock, Ga. and Herbert G. Hendrix of Tifton, Ga.; six grandchildren, Briana, Tony, and Taylor Ransom, Robin and Greta Barker and Emmy Hendrix.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 25th, at Suntree United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1101 North Lake Destiny Road, Suite 415, Maitland, FL 32751.

Arrangements are entrusted to South Brevard Funeral Home in Melbourne, Fla.
